  This unique project started with a conversation with our operational guru and an idea was born. This was 2 years before the owner contacted us to let us know that the idea was about to blossom. The brand was developed, along with the full palate of uniquely Mainland China inspired design elements. Many of the components, including walls, ornaments and furniture were designed AND fabricated by Total Image. The regimen began in earnest with the creations service and manager manuals, training of staff, working with the Chef owner on menus, cost, inventories and POS integrations form security and business acumen. The final product and production came during the Chinese Lunar New Year, and the success of the restaurant speaks for itself!
